Barbara McDuffie Kahler is an Executive Coach who specializes in maximizing results by leveraging the talents, passion and skills of the organization. She focuses on developing leaders, creating effective organizations, building teams, retaining talent and leading change. She has a proven track record for developing people and organizations and delivering results. For over 30 years at IBM she coached hundreds individually and in groups as she led business and product start-ups and built high performance teams.

She is recognized as a “change agent” who delivers. She created women’s leadership institutes that contributed to a 200% increase in the number of women executives. The strategic alliances she negotiated with software developers tripled the sources of software applications and increased revenue for the company’s server products.

In her role as Executive Coach she has worked with leading companies in technology and healthcare industries to prepare leaders for more senior assignments; integrate newly appointed executives into their new role; and, coached valuable leaders to address challenges that could derail their career.

She holds a B.S. degree from University of Bridgeport/Bridgeport, CT and numerous leadership and consulting certificates from corporate training programs, including a Market Management certificate from Wharton School of Business.
